He is survived by: his children, Connie Ewbank, Jonathan Blevins and Patrick Blevins; his grandchildren, Stevin Ewbank, Trey Ewbank, James Ewbank, Lexie Linn and Ely Blevins; and his brothers, Jimmy Blevins and Roger Blevins.
