He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Swan; his daughter Kiazanna Perigo of Skiatook, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Dallas Swan of Tulsa and Tara Marshall of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his grandsons, Tate, Dakota, Aiden and Denver. He is also survived by four great-granddaughters; and a host of other relatives and friends.
