He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Anne (Adam White) and Max Jay (Lenka Rehanzel); his wife Rebecca Anne Pullin; his sister Catherine Sue (Mike Yox); his daughter Katy (Bruce Townsend); and his grandchildren, Jackson Cole, Benjamin Jay, Magdalena May, Annabelle Sue, Reid Kenneth, Jonah Rex and Desmond Carlyle.
