Faulk; her son Tyrone Ivey (Courtney Mathis) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her father Frank R. Faulk of Taft, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Amhara Ivey of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Daisy Polite (Elex) of Tulsa, Sundae Faulk of Muskogee, Kelly Faulk of Muskogee, Pamela Lampkin (Gus) of Lake Charles, Stephanie Faulk of Oklahoma City, Frank Faulk, Jr. of Tulsa and Ollie Faulk of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
