He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig W. Van Patten, Sr. and Janet Perry Van Patten (Ferriss); his daughter Meredith Van Patten; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Parker and David Ophoff; and his mother-in-law Edith Ophoff.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Van Patten (Ophoff); his children, Jonathan Van Patten, Katherine Van Patten, Alden Klefeker (Van Patten) and Reed Van Patten; his son-in-law Jordan Klefeker; his grandchildren, Rowan Klefeker and Guinevere Klefeker; and his sister Elizabeth Parker (Van Patten). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (1115 South Boulder Ave W, Tulsa, OK 74119).
