He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ingram and Curtis Garrett; and his sister Jean Garrett Cicle. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Garrett, David Garrett and Shad Ekstrum; his brother Spencer; his sister-in-law Nancy Ingram; his grandchildren, Mirranda, Ragan, Addison, Brayden, Collin, Jessica, Brin and Kaden; his great grandchild Dallas; and his nieces and nephews, Lori, Jill, Christy, Kyle, Dylan and Kayce.
