He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Reynolds and Huey Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marion Reynolds; his daughters, Chris Reynolds and Polly Craddock (Mike); and his sisters, Melba Passmore of Anadarko, OK and Donna Vawter of California. He is also survived by sisters and brothers in law and many nieces and nephews.
Dale recently began participating in the Parkinson's Rock Steady Boxing program and developed new friendships through this organization.
