He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hilsheimer and LaNora Hilsheimer; his granddaughter Lauren Elise; and his nephew Scott Durkee. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dickerson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sons, Chad (Christie) of Tulsa and Mark (Kirsten) of Jenks, Oklahoma; his sister Kitty Durkee (Charles) of Mansfield, Texas; his grandsons, Adam and Jake Hilsheimer; and his niece Katy Durkee of Fort Worth, Texas..
