He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Russett Tarr. He is survived by: his wife Judith Tarr; his children, Tracey Persons (Matt) of Tulsa, Stephen of Austin, Christina Tubbs (Corbin) of Houston and Daniel Tarr (Hannah) of Austin; his siblings, Linda, Barry Starr, Lettie, Bill Mallett, Susan and Richard Blanchet; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Nathan Persons, Catherine, Carson, Christian Tubbs and Ellis Tarr. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
