He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Lewis and Vonnie Lewis; his sisters, Beatrice Nichols and Mildred Young; and his son-in-law Phillip Basham.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline Lewis; his children, Teresa Roberts (Andrew) of Wichita Falls, TX, Leslie Basham of Tulsa and Darrin Lewis (Tracy) of Tulsa; his nephew Billy Ray Young; and his child Darrall. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
