He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Whitehill II and Ann Barnard Whitehill (Barnard) of Tulsa; and his brothers, Benjamin Whitehill III and Philip Whitehill. He is survived by: his children, Nora (Jason Percy) of Tulsa, Ann (Charles Kohler) of Oak Park, IL, Daniel of Los Angeles, Howard (Kay) of Skiatook and Jessica (Vincent Karam) of McKinney, TX; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob (Ali Bavasso) and Eleanor Percy; his children, Zachary David, Andrew Kohler, Emma, Evan Whitehill, Victoria and Benjamin Karam; his sisters, Missy Whitehill (Gary DeCosse) and Lisa Whitehill (David Mahoney); his nieces and nephews, Lili Shaughnessy, Claire and Nicholas Mahoney; his cousins, Keenan Barnard and Richie Lawrence; his friends, Thad and Ellen Moore; and his close friend Ragnar. He is also survived by many friends and honorary grandkids.
