He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lugo of TUlsa; his children, David Lugo, Jr. (Jennifer) of Sapulpa and Terri Wells of Tulsa; his brother Jack Lugo (Martha) of Sapulpa; his grandchildren, Reagan McGehee (Matthew) of Sapulpa, Kyler Lugo (Lexis Nolen) of Sapulpa, Sean Wells of Tulsa, Daniel Wells of Tulsa and Kenley Lugo of Sapulpa; and his great grandchildren, Avery McGehee, Chloe McGehee, Millie McGehee and Lillian McGehee.
