He was predeceased by: his parents, Leeroy Flanigan and Bonnie Beatrice Flanigan (Wardrip); and his grandson Michael Flanigan. He is survived by: his children, David Flanigan (Linda) of San Antonio, TX, Theresa Darnell (Daniel) of Tulsa, OK, Daneta Flanigan of New Castle, IN, Danessa Hall (Christopher) of New Castle, IN, Dustin Flanigan of New Castle, IN and Malissa Barton (Johnathan) of Ravenna, TX; and his close friend Betty Jo Dickerson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
