He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Moore; his sons, Chris Moore and Greg Moore (Melissa); his grandchildren, Liam and Ivy; his daughter Amy Guzzy (Christian); his grandchildren, Ellison, Quincy and Grey; and his brothers, Jack Jr. (Carol) and Tim (Diane).
