He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Olson and Caryl Waldecher Olson. He is survived by: his wife Carole Jarvis Olson; and his sisters, Sarah Olson (Paul Swanson) and Ann Olson (Steven J. Wheeler). He is also survived by five nieces and a nephew.
