He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas "Doug" Harold Parcell; his parents, Harold Parcell and Ruth Parcell (Hilleary); and his brother-in-law Otis Watts. He is survived by: his wife Roxie; his children, Kenzie (Thomas Royce), Derek and Kelsey (Andy); his grandchildren, Maddox, Ellasyn and Teel; his siblings, John (Ann Parcell), Trish Parcell, Frank Fighera and Dick (Debbie Parcell); his uncle Ted; and his cousins, Teresa and Marla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and lifelong friends who felt like extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Puppy Haven Rescue — a cause that reflects Dave's lifelong love for dogs and animals.
