He is survived by: his wife Jonna; his daughter Tara Foster; his grandchildren, Averi and Allee of Edmond, OK; his children, Tyler (Ana) of Laguna Beach, CA and Jenna Akuma (Lovelace); his granddaughter Alyssa; his son John Thompson (Mindy); his grandchildren, Hunter, Cooper and Emersyn of Tulsa; his son Justin Thompson; and his great grandchild Isla of Tulsa. He is also survived by five children and seven grandchildren.
