He is survived by: his wife LaJuana; his children, Christina Bates, Scott Brown, Bryan, Brandy Toney and Micheal Owens; his grandchildren, Tanner, Ashlynn Campbell, Marshal Bates, Wyatt Bates, Jackson Toney, Gera Bates and Jeffery Toney; and his sister Eunice "Jean" Sumrall.
If one chooses to make donations in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blue Star Mothers OK-5 of Broken Arrow, an organization that is near to the family's heart.
