He is survived by: his wife Carpenter Metals; his children, Cindy Cook of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Anthony Hoffman of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Melody Rager of Fishers, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Jestine, Taylor, Bailey, Jordan, Catie, Haydn and Cole. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Indian Springs Office Complex (8800 S Fawnwood Ct, Broken Arrow, OK 74011).
