He is survived by: his daughter Deborah; his grandchildren, Travis Hicks (Brenda), Dennis D. Martin II (Crissa) and Deana Johnson (Drue); and his siblings, Mavie Jane Cooper and Wyatt Dean Forrest. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
