He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Everett and Elva Mae Mozingo (Cates); and his sister Phyllis Burns. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Stacie Lee Edmonds of Bixby; his siblings, Everett Mozingo of Blue Springs, MO and Norma Cassidy (Elmo) of Sand Springs; and his granddaughters, Breanna Peters, Sierra Beesley and Emma Beesley. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
