He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Joseph Reed and Elva Jean Reed (Krull); and his wife Sharon. He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Carla (Lukas) and Dana; his son-in-law Thorsten Lukas; and his grandchildren, Emily Elizabeth and Evan Marcel.
