With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Richard Vance in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Robert Vance, Jr. and Dorothy Denise Pratt Vance; and his brother Dennis Mitchell Vance. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Vance; the mother of his child Mary Anne Watson; his brother Joseph R. "Bob" Vance, III; his sister-in-law Debbie Hicks Vance; his sibling's children, Haylee Denise Vance (Sonia), Whitney Brooke Vance, Jared Robert Vance and Taylor Wesley Vance (Debra); his great-nephews, Leo Asher Vance and Ethan Wylder Vance; his great-niece Madison Ruth Vance; his siblings-in-law, Larry and Rebekah Morphis; and his nephews, Ted Morphis, Ryan Morphis and Kevin Morphis (Molly).

“I remember meeting Don during classes to join the Nazarene church. We got right into a debate on once saved always saved. ( I was brought up in the southern Baptist church) it was spirited to say the least. He went on to become my Sunday school teacher and dear friend. He was never judgmental. He just loved! He will be missed.”
