She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Latisha) and Mark (Jill); her grandchildren, Andrew, Mataya, Nicholas, Isaac, Lakelon, Elijah, Sophie and Baby Boy Cook; her great grandchildren, Avery, Adrian, Andi Cook and Khylen Smith; and her siblings, John Cook, Harry Cook and Geraldine Cook. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of long-time friends.
