It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Joan Pickens (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Terhune and Florence Terhune; and her son James F. Pickens III (Jimmy). She is survived by: her husband James F. Pickens II; her daughter Cheri Pickens; and her siblings, Barbara Winter and John Terhune. She is also survived by numerous loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
Donna created many beautiful dresses as part of these contests, which were used to clothe dolls and donated to charity so that children in need would have Christmas presents.
