He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Harold Perry and Mary Ellen Dickey (Perry); his grandparents, Marshall Hayes, Mary Perry of Rosie Perry, W. S. and Faye Dickey; his wife Hazel Florene Perry (Cartwright); and his siblings, Danny Paul Perry, Dickey Graham and Dianna Sue Barnes.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Still (Walter); his grandchildren, Lauren and Luke Still; his siblings, Berta Edwards (Jerry), Chris Graham, Robin Graham and Kenny Perry (Kimberly); his brother-in-law John Cartwright (Becky); his aunt Margaret Bateman; and his cousin Kimberly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
