She was predeceased by: her husband Orville Edward Williams; her parents, Lydia Jennie Bergen Palmer and Orville Gilbert Palmer; her stepfather Henry A. "Steve" Palmer; her siblings, Barbara Nadine Watson and Gene Stanleigh Palmer; and her sons, Douglas Gene Williams, Michael Edward Williams and Donald Ray Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Lynn Williams of Chickasha, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many grandchildren; many more great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
