He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermon and Lorena; his wives, Carol and Janna; and his sister Erma (Jeanette Boyd).
He is survived by: his sister Martha; his children, Daryl (Jamie), Dwayne, Colin, Devin (Jennifer) and Cheryl (Chip); his grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher, Avery, Erin, Grier and Paige; and his great grandchildren, Sariya, Kamiya, Theo and Ellie.
Viewing will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore's Southlawn (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New Haven United Methodist Church (5603 S New Haven Ave, Tulsa, OK 74135).
