She is survived by: her husband Loy W. Phillips of Tulsa; her daughters, Cherie Mahl (Ken) of Broken Arrow and Johna Graham of Springdale; her granddaughter Regan Watts (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Anna Lee and Olivia Watts. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
