He is survived by: his wife Debra Dixon; his children, Andrena (Mel), LaDonna, Melvin, Lacrecia, Chantis (Andrew), Marvin and Steven; his siblings, Catrena, Lahoma, Nahoma, Mattie, Earnestine, Fred (Kate), Donald Lee, Elvin (Myra), Bobby, Arthur and Vernell (Dawn); his mother-in-law Nathella Dixon; and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Jackson, Regina Bankston, Paulette, Donna Dixon, Ralph Johnson, Lewis Hopson and Billy Dixon. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
