He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Welch and Aletha Welch; his siblings, Dorothy McGilvray and Dann Welch; his wife Carol Ann; and his son Thomas Howard Welch.
He is survived by : his son Paul. He is also survived by two daughters-in-law, four granddaughters, and two great-grandsons as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
