He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Slattery and Winifred Margaret Slattery (Brennan); and his sister Mary E. Mathewson-Michael. He is survived by: his siblings, Winnie C. Dollear, Anne T. Stevenson, Catherine J. Freihage, Margaret I. Sheehan and James E. Slattery.
