She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Sanders and Ethel Sanders; her former husband Elmer Anderson Jr.; her husband Richard Gibbs; and her siblings, Fred Sanders and Mary Graeber.

She is survived by: her children, Chere Gibbs (Cindy), Teresa Noble (Randy) and Russell Gibbs (Julie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
