He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Paul and Edith Gaye Dean. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Jacquitta A. Cade (Shawn) of Tulsa and Earnest Ray Dean, Jr. of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Tiffani Brown Collinsville (Apollo) of Tulsa, Stephen Combs Jr. (Shanice) of Tulsa, Erik Dean (Jordan) of Tulsa, Brandee Dean of Tulsa, Raylee Dean of Tulsa and Rayden Dean of Tulsa; and his sister Brenda Hollaway (Benjamin) of Goldsboro, NC.. He is also survived by twenty great grand children.
