He was predeceased by: his father Eulice; and his siblings, Randy and Bonita. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Coyle; his children, J. D. Coyle (Kassy), Kristy Duncan (Andy), Mandy Farley (Mike), Vernon Harris (Leanna) and Amber Hargrove (Travis); his sister Lori; his grandchildren, Daisy, Taylor, Kylie, Kodi, Colton, Andrea, Brayden, Quad, Kolby, Kale, Vicky, Jacob, Colin and Brenden; and his great grandchildren, Julia, Grayson, Sophia, Izabella, Darcy, Jagger and Kelby.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Tulsa Toys for Tots, a cause close to Dale's heart.
