With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Frances Castell of Tulsa, Oklahoma, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cooley Marcus Jones and Eula Hill Jones; and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her children, Larry Castell (Irene) of Tulsa, Carol Stewart (Marshall) of Tulsa and Patricia "Trish" Hester (Keith) of Clovis, California.; and her pet Boomer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, her family, church, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Floral Haven (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
