She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sebring and Ollie Sebring; and her brother Ray Sebring. She is survived by: her children, Karen Duncan (Jeffrey) and Bradley Wolfe (Chantel); and her granddaughters, Nora Duncan, Valarie Spoo (Seth), Ayla and Carys Wolfe.
After retiring, Frances frequently played Bridge, a hobby she had for most of her life, and spent Friday nights at Ron's Hamburgers and Chili with her friends, a tradition that she continued with her family after the end of the Covid pandemic in 2020.
