He was predeceased by: his mother Elouise Tynes; and his brother Charles Tynes. He is survived by: his father Marcel Tynes of Gloster, Mississippi; his wife Kathy Carey Tynes; his daughters, Rachel Jett (Michael) of Heber Springs and Rebecca East (Zach) of Benton; his siblings, Dickie Tynes of Fayetteville and Stephanie Votsmier (Grreg) of Hernando, Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Sloan Kathryn Jett, Tynes Dylan East and Madison Elizabeth East. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
