He was predeceased by: his parents, Garry Cran Phillips and Sondra "Sue" Phillips (Fisher); his grandparents, Howard and Dessie Fisher; and his sister Samantha Jo Winningham Allen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Leigha Phillips of Holdenville, Laynee Phillips of Holdenville, Leslie Phillips and Laycie of Holdenville; and his nieces, Alyssa Effinger of Durant and Brook Allen of McAlester. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, friends.
