He is survived by: his extended family, Kevin Mitchell, Kev, Veronica, Isaac Wall, Ember, Libby, Jeremy, Christy Noland, Hunter, Colton, David, Summer, Carter, Warren and Gracie; his siblings, Anthony Royal, Maurice Phillips, Glenn Phillips, David Phillips, Virgil Phillips and Sheila Phillips; and his friend Kevin Mitchell.
