He is survived by: his wife Lu Ann Smith; his son Tyler Smith; his grandchild Jeremey Smith of Sand Springs, OK; his sister-in-law Linda Smith; his granddaughters, Kelsey Smith of Tulsa, OK and Kyley Smith; his great grandchild Raynie Birdshead of Sand Springs, OK; and his nephew Justin Smith.
