He is survived by: his wife Nancy McCormack Young; his stepchildren, Kate Stickle Sokolosky (Dustin), Jonathan Balch (Candace) and Ashley Balch MacKenna; his grandchildren, Henry, Stella, Caroline, Harrison, Elizabeth, Mack and Mary Kate; his niece Megan Kline (Darrin); and his nephew Mike Young (Ivy).
