He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Peacock and Ruth Peacock; and his nephew Scott Stavish. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Josh Duffey (Veronica) and Rebekah Upchurch (Brad); his granddaughter Lolly Upchurch; his sister Jan Stavish; his nephews, Greg Stavish (Chelo) and Jeff Stavish; and his friend Marjo McDonald. He is also survived by many friends, neighbors.
