He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Geraldine Rae Sayne; and his siblings, Terry Ray Sayne, Gregory Keith Sayne, Guy Kim Sayne and Bonny Lynn Phebus.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Sayne; his children, Dawn Sayne Wilke (Edwin) of Harrison, OH, Penelope Sayne Hoage (David) of Aquilla, TX, Jeffrey Kreft of Whitesboro, NY and John Kreft of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Ethan Sayne of Las Vegas, NV, Edana Maeve Huskey (Austin) and Maximilian Wilke; his great grandchild Arthur Huskey of Cincinnati, OH.; and his brother John Sayne (Betty) of Moore's Hill, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
