He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Gulley and Gertie Gulley (Martindale); his wife Wilda Neoma Kellogg; his son George Raymond Gulley, Jr.; and his siblings, Henry Gulley, Clifford Gulley, Cleo Gulley, Chester Gulley and Annabelle Yaeger.
He is survived by: his daughter Neoma Sue Raby (Don); his daughter-in-law Melody Gulley; his grandchildren, Sarah Madewell (Trent), George Raymond Gulley, III, Sue Ann Vaughan (Terron) and Jeremy Ross Raby (Jessica Howe); and his great grandchildren, Madison Madewell, Dillon Madewell, Hannah Madewell, Hallie Madewell, Kollin Madewell, Ella Grace Vaughan and Gunner Ross Vaughan.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Integrity Funeral Service (410 E Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the New Life Assembly of God (1201 Center St, Henryetta, OK 74437).
