He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertie Mae (Allen) and George Francis Diveley, Sr.; his son Jason Haydock; his sister Donna Horton; and his nephew Bobby Taft.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Brookshire (Morgan); his granddaughter Michelle Brown of Tulsa; his son Eric Miner (Ed Vickery) of Charlotte; and his brother-in-law John Horton of San Francisco, California. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
