Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM at the Jack's Memory Chapel (801 E 36th St N, Tulsa, OK 74106). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
