He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gilbert Blumenthal, Arthur, Beverly Yellen, Cecil and Emma Rose.

He is survived by: his parents, Mark Blumenthal and Brenda Blumenthal; his son Graesyn Hoss; the mother of his child Nicole Hoss; and his sister Kim Balsinger (Dan). He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.
