She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Glen and Marna Mae Staats (Mark); her brother Pat; and her significant other Jim Coleman. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Dame (Carla) and Annette Barker (Ed); her grandchildren, Jessica, Ryan, Trevor, Samantha Jo, Matthew, Sean and Luke; and the father of her children James Rex Dame. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
