We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2022, at the age of 18, Hannah Grace Weis (Tulsa, Oklahoma), born in Littleton, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Kristin Lynn Wutke Weis and Jason Weis; and her brother Joshua. She is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
